4530<\/strong> auf 3,75 und 7,5 Liter und stellen damit eine ausgezeichnete M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr Studien an Pilotanlagen dar.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Reaktoren k\u00f6nnen mit einer FKM O-Ring Dichtung f\u00fcr Arbeitstemperaturen bis 225\u00b0C,\u00a0einer FKKM O-Ring Dichtung f\u00fcr Arbeitstemperaturen bis 300\u00b0C bzw. einer PTFE-Flachdichtung f\u00fcr Temperaturen bis maximal 350\u00b0C ausgestattet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Sowohl \u201eFixed Head\u201c als auch \u201eMoveable Head\u201c- Ausf\u00fchrungen sind erh\u00e4ltlich. Die \u201eMoveable Head\u201c Modelle 4551 und 4552 wurden so konstruiert, dass zur Bef\u00fcllung lediglich der Reaktorkopf abgenommen wird. Der Zylinder verbleibt in der Heizung, bzw. im Reaktorstand. Spezielle Werkzeuge werden daf\u00fcr nicht ben\u00f6tigt. Das Split-Ring ist seitlich angebracht und die Verschlussschrauben k\u00f6nnen angezogen werden, w\u00e4hrend der Druckbeh\u00e4lter sich bereits in der Heizung befindet. Bei den \u201eFixed Head\u201c- Varianten 4553 und 4554 bleibt der Reaktorkopf (der alle Verbindungen enth\u00e4lt) im Reaktorstand.\u00a0 Der Zylinder und die Heizung werden mit Hilfe eines pneumatischen Hebesystems abgesenkt.<\/p>\n<p>Die 3,75 Liter Gr\u00f6\u00dfe wird \u00fcblicherweise f\u00fcr hochviskose Polymerstudien empfohlen. Ein optionales Bodenablassventil kann f\u00fcr die einfache Produktentnahme hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Ebenso wie die kleineren Standmodelle k\u00f6nnen diese gr\u00f6\u00dferen, freistehenden Systeme mit einer Vielzahl von Zus\u00e4tzen ausgestattet werden, wie zum Beispiel: Kondensator, Feststoffzugabe, Bodenablassventil, spezielle Motoren, kundenspezifische Heizungen, Druckbeh\u00e4lter mit Doppelmantel und automatische Ventile und Massedurchflussregler.
