Users are urged to run preliminary experiments in the 4635 Vessel to confirm the suitability of the procedure before scaling up to these larger sizes.<\/p>\n<h2>Includes Nitrogen Filling Connection<\/h2>\n<p>An 1831 Nitrogen Filling Connection furnished with each vessel provides all of the fittings needed to fill a cell disruption vessel from a commercial nitrogen cylinder.
