Ein besonderer Gasverteilungsimpeller sorgt f\u00fcr einen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Gas- und Fl\u00fcssigkeitsstrom \u00fcber dem Katalysatorbett im Korb. Die Korb-Konstruktion sieht eine starre Bodenverbindung zur Minimierung von Vibrationen bei hohen R\u00fchrgeschwindigkeiten vor. K\u00fchlwicklungen, interne Temperaturmessungen und Fl\u00fcssigkeits- und Gas-Probenentnahmen k\u00f6nnen ohne Beeintr\u00e4chtigung durch den Katalysatorkorb durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Dynamische Ausf\u00fchrung<\/h3>\n<p>In der dynamischen Ausf\u00fchrung wird der Katalysator von einem ringf\u00f6rmigen Drahtkorb gehalten, der anstelle des R\u00fchrschafts an den R\u00fchrantrieb angeschlossen wird. Der rotierende Korb \u00fcbernimmt die Aufgabe eines Impellers und durchmischt die Reagenzien. Stehende Leitschaufeln und koaxial angebrachte Impeller sichern eine gute Zirkulation \u00fcber die Katalysatoroberfl\u00e4chen. Die dynamischen K\u00f6rbe gibt es f\u00fcr die Reaktorvolumina 1000, 1800 und 2000 ml.
