In einem geeigneten Druckbeh\u00e4lter werden gro\u00dfe Mengen an Stickstoff in den Zellen unter Druck gel\u00f6st. Wenn der Gasdruck dann pl\u00f6tzlich abgelassen wird, entgast der Stickstoff und dehnen die Zellmembranen bis zum Zerrei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<h3>Zellaufschlussbeh\u00e4lter von Parr<\/h3>\n<p>Die Edelstahlbeh\u00e4lter von Parr f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der Stickstoffdekompressionsmethode werden in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen hergestellt, sie verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber komplett \u00f6ffnende K\u00f6pfe und ein selbstabdichtendes Verschlusssystem, welches leicht und ohne spezielles Werkzeug auf einem Labortisch betrieben werden kann. Jeder Beh\u00e4lter verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber zwei Ventile und ein Manometer: ein Ventil zur Bef\u00fcllung mit Stickstoff und das andere zum Druckablass und zur Probenentnahme \u00fcber ein angeschlossenes Tauchrohr. Alle Anschlussst\u00fccke ebenso wie der Beh\u00e4lter selbst werden aus rostfreiem Edelstahl gefertigt und haben eine polierte Oberfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr eine gute Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und zum Schutz vor Kontamination.
