La presi\u00f3n y temperatura <\/strong>m\u00e1ximas<\/strong> en las que cualquier reactor o vaso presurizado pueden ser usados var\u00edan del dise\u00f1o de los mismos, su material de construcci\u00f3n y otros componentes integrales en su dise\u00f1o. Todos los materiales pierden fuerza en temperaturas elevadas, por lo que cualquier l\u00edmite de presi\u00f3n debe ser establecido en t\u00e9rminos de la presi\u00f3n en la que se operar\u00e1. La lista mostrada en este cat\u00e1logo muestran las presiones m\u00e1ximas de trabajo permitidas (MAWP) para cada reactor en libras por pulgadas cuadradas (PSI) y en Bar a las m\u00e1ximas temperaturas de cada dise\u00f1o en particular cuando el vaso est\u00e1 construido en acero inoxidable tipo T316. Para los l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos de presi\u00f3n y temperatura de los vasos construidos con otras aleaciones son calculadas y asignadas por el Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda de Parr en apego a las regulaciones aplicables.<\/p>\n

A menores temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n, algunas veces es permitido mayores rangos de presiones de trabajo. Por ejemplo, el 4560HT de alta temperatura est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para 2000 psi (138 bar) como presiones m\u00e1ximas y 500\u00b0C de temperatura. Los reactores est\u00e1ndar 4560 esr\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para 3000 psi (200 bar) como presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima a 350\u00b0C como m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n

No se debe de asumir que cualquier vaso siendo operado a una temperatura menor puede ser usado a presiones que excedan la MAWP. Otros factores adem\u00e1s de la fuerza del material de la pared del vaso son monitoreados para los l\u00edmites de los rangos. Esos otros factores que pueden limitar los rangos de presi\u00f3n y temperatura son el dise\u00f1o del cierre, el drive magn\u00e9tico, el tipo de sello, la elecci\u00f3n de los accesorios y el mismo material de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La temperatura m\u00e1xima de operaci\u00f3n de algunos materiales es mucho menor que la permitida en el acero inoxidable como se muestra en la tabla inferior.
