Model 4559 with a 30 liter volume is perfect for a first scale-up step from smaller laboratory scale equipment. The larger 8500 Stirred Reactor Series with volumes ranging from 50 to 100 liters are ideally suited for scale-up or pilot work. The geometry, features, and operation are very similar to that of smaller Parr reactors, but with a volume intermediate between lab-scale and traditional production scale reactors.
